4 Color Process
Four Color Process Labels are the answer when you need full color for your product to be noticed. Four color process labels make your product virtually jump off the shelf to gain the attention it deserves. DLS has digital prepress capabilities in house which insure the highest quality of dot structure giving your label crisp, sharp, color vibrant dot patterns. We can print up to 8 colors with water base or full UV inks if your application requires process and spot/custom colors.
By combining the four basic process colors, we can bring your graphic designs and photographs to life in a way that will grap the attention of customers and add distinction and “pop” to your product or service.
Four Color Process Labels are available in roll or single form in a wide variety of materials and adhesives. From paper, poly films to vinyl (for more durable or outdoor applications), four color process is the obvious answer to how to set your products apart from the rest.

Foil Labels
Give your product that extra touch of class. The metallic shine, foil labels can add instant visual impact to your labels. Our most popular colors are gold and silver, but by using other inks, we can tint the foil to create additional colors. Our large selection of custom die shapes and stock materials will give you the most noticeable foil labels on the shelf.
Our foil stocks can be tinted to produce many different colors. Use tinted foil to match your company’s color scheme. Also, make sure to designate any parts of your label that shouldn’t be foil. We can undercoat the inks with a white ink base so only part of your label is metallic.

Blank/Barcode
A successful barcode system implementation depends upon the right combination of barcode printers, barcode labels software, label stock and ribbons. If you need barcode labels to uniquely identify your product(s), DLS can produce them to your specifications. If you are not set up to print your own barcode labels, DLS can print them for you. Just remember that barcode labels must be a minimum of .625 inches high and 1.25 inches wide and must be printed in black or any color not containing red for optimal scanning. Barcodes are available from the Uniform Code Council (www.upccode.net).
